Plz help me! I had a mistake with yaf when I using rewrite url.

I had forum name in Vietnamese is "Điện Ảnh", the char 'Đ' will appear in url suchas "http://karador.vn/xl360_topics2_Thong-Bao-Tu-Dien-Đan.aspx" --> this char I mark bold.

How can i sold this issue?

Unfortunately URL-Rewriting does not work properly with such languages.So turn it off.
