I am hosting a YAF Forum on a server that I am preparing to retire soon and I need advice and help when it comes to moving the site and database to a new host.

Current Configuration
Windows WebServer 2008
IIS 7
SQL Server Express 2008
YAF v1.9.1

I need recommendations on a good host.
I will need help getting the database attached to the website as I do not have the orginal YAF v1.9.1 installation but I have the existing files.
I will need help upgrading to the latest version of YAF.

I can help you moving to the new server. But I don't have any recommendations for a good host.

I've had good experiences with these two hosts. And they are inexpensive.
