Is there anyway to have the Next, Previous, and Close buttons always displayed. Having to fish around for the CLOSE button is retarded. I'm sorry but there's just no other way to say it.

You need to be logged in as a Host Admin. Using the account you created during installation is your best bet. You can make other admins Host Admins by setting that flag in their access settings.
