Hello guys,

I have assign a user "testmod" with Moderator right, normally, he can approve, reject or delete other users' post.

But when he logged in, going to Moderate page, he can invite a user and assign that user into what ever right.

I don't want this, as if he register a fake user name and assign that user into admin access right, then he can be an admin and will mess up my forum!

How to fix this?

Yes I know, I think theme.css need to be modified but I am not sure which one to extend the column width. Only font/background and others can be done.
