I just installed this forum software, it seems good to me

But I recognized that there is a bug in the permissions:

I created an announcement Forum, Administrators have all Permissions and Users all except Post, Create Poll and Moderator. Because they have reply privlieges, they should be able to reply? The button is displayed, but when a user presses it, he is been forwarded to the main page. Administrators can reply.
Is this because of the post permission? I thought post stands for creating new threads and not posting in general?
