I don't see anything unusual on this installation. Can you post a screenshot? ... But trust me on the sunscreen!

I just discovered that it happens only when I login with user "pvtv2". Moreover, after logging in, I can't access the forum anymore. A "serious error" message is displayed. I would check the default settings for this user. Did you select a different region (from the default)? .....the man in black fled across the desert..........and the gunslinger followed.....

I'd say you switched to Japanese by accident in your profile. Go there http://forum.yetanotherf...yaf_cp_editprofile.aspx scroll to the bottom of the page and in the last drop-down menu, click English. ... But trust me on the sunscreen!
