I'm new to using forums, so forgive me if I am simple-minded or overlook the obvious.

The site is hosted on GoDaddy
I am running YAF 1.9.1.7
Installed/downloaded on: April 22, 2008
Server technologies: WINDOWS, ASP 1.0, ASP.NET 2.0, MYSQL 4.0.27, 4.1, 5.0, MSSQL 2000, 2005

At the main page, the tree looks like this:
Peculiar People (the name of the forum)

When I'm in an individual forum it looks like this:
Peculiar People » Peculiar Forum » Welcome!
The link locations are as follows:
peculiarpeoplemusic.com/music/forum/ >> peculiarpeoplemusic.com/music/forum/yaf_forum2_Peculiar-Forum.aspx >> Welcome!

The problems I'm aware of:

*I have to click the "second" link (Peculiar Forum) to get to the threads; Clicking the "Welcome" in the forum takes me to a screen that shows who is browsing that forum.

*Forum topics/subjects and member names are being "scrambled" into nonsense ::

What have I done to cause this, or need to do to fix this? Please let me know if I need to provide additional information.
