"It's a case of RTFM.. the only problem being we don't have a manual!" When I post FP:Mek in a topic, I'm leaving my footprint there so I can track it once I get into coding/supporting. (Yes I stole this off Ederon :-) ) |

Very nice, thank you Herman. Although, Umbraco has switched to their own forum-type thing and one in there switched to latest PHPBB -- which I must admit looks nice with all the rounded corners. :cheesy: |

What is the size of your database? I can't look at the moment, but the admin page says: Size of database: 470 MB It's running on Vista and SQL Server Express. Bellsouth DSL Extreme into the house (Supposed to be 6MB down / 512k up but I think I get more like 4MB down / 400k up).

Yeah, not sure why it's so big. It really hasn't been growing much. I know there isn't that much data in it, lol. I hadn't try to shrink it down, but I'm sure it would. Unless maybe it's logs? Hadn't had a space issue so I've left it alone.

But before that make sure you read thisI did the same thing for a 260 MB db and the result was almost amazing... Just 11 MB  Edited by user Tuesday, July 28, 2009 3:00:35 AM(UTC)
