Seems like we need to add this... otherwise any website that uses YAF.NET risks running afoul of COPPA.

EDIT: No it currently does not.  Any suggestions folks? Just add birthday to profile? How does this verify the users age? "When you are grateful, fear disappears and abundance appears”."
