How do I make a post a sticky....

I got the forum working, am the admin and that is working. I cant figure out how to make a sticky post.

Any ideas?

When posting topic or editing first post of it, change priority to "Sticky".

When I post FP:Ederon in a topic, I'm leaving my footprint there so I can track it once I get into coding/supporting.
