Hi,
I have downloaded the latest version of YAF-v1.9.1.8-FINAL-SRC.zip from the site and tried to open the project, Suddenly the upgrade wizard opens as if the YAF-v1.9.1.8-FINAL-SRC.zip is developed under the framework 1.0 (VS2003). Even after upgrading i get this error "The project type is not supported by this installation" when i try to open the project,
Help me in this regard please,This is urgent.
Thanks
Dickson

VS2005 with SP1. Mentioned on the forum frequently. "It's a case of RTFM.. the only problem being we don't have a manual!" When I post FP:Mek in a topic, I'm leaving my footprint there so I can track it once I get into coding/supporting. (Yes I stole this off Ederon )

Did you install VS2005 SP1 as mentioned? "It's a case of RTFM.. the only problem being we don't have a manual!" When I post FP:Mek in a topic, I'm leaving my footprint there so I can track it once I get into coding/supporting. (Yes I stole this off Ederon )

Hi,
I have found out the reason behind the issue, actually the YAF-v1.9.1.8-FINAL-SRC.zip contains both source files and the published class file i.e yetanotherforum.net.csproj, so i have deleted the published file yetanotherforum.net.csproj from the folder and tried opening, installed YAF in my location and this works fine.
Thanks to YAF.
Thanks
Dickson
