Just about to start. "It's a case of RTFM.. the only problem being we don't have a manual!" When I post FP:Mek in a topic, I'm leaving my footprint there so I can track it once I get into coding/supporting. (Yes I stole this off Ederon )

There is something I don't understand.
I have created a new board. The way I have found to access it is to make a copy of default.aspx as default2.aspx and just to modify the YAF:Forum ID and putting boardId="2". (maybe not the best way?)
Problem: when I create a user in my first forum and that he goes into the second one, he is automatically created into the data base (great), but he has no role at all (problem).
I would like that my user who logs or registers in one of the board can also freely access to the second one, but I am not a specialist in membership and I don't really know how to solve the problem.
How does it work for you? Can you user freely go from a board to another and create topics or whatever?
Thanks for help.

AFAIK - you got that right - copying the default.aspx and changing boardid is the right (and the only) way to make a new board. I cannot help you with the problem, since I've used that only in test environment, and in production, we use DNN to handle multiple boards. ... But trust me on the sunscreen!

Thanks Neven. Did you solve your French language issue. I use the one provided within 1.9.3 and except maybe one or two little mistakes due to copy/cut or tiring, it's ok. The only technical problems are those that I mentioned in http://forum.yetanotherf...uages-xml-files-BUG.aspx.
