Hi Jaben,

I would like to hear directly from you if its possible to do this at this moment without having a problem

Thank you very much.

Let me assure you we are working on it, and I shall keep reiterating that getting yafnet with properly interfacing with the .net providers is requiring alot of work.

When I post FP:Mek in a topic, I'm leaving my footprint there so I can track it once I get into coding/supporting. (Yes I stole this off Ederon Smile )

Well, I put about 20 hours into YAF and YAF-related work (answer questions, investigating options) just this weekend.

How much did I get paid for this work? Nothing.

Well, at this point that's pretty much I'll I can ask. Understanding of my situation would be nice, too.

The majority of the people here, those who have been using YAF for years, know very well the hard work and effort you guys put in.

You guys work your butts off and ask for nothing in return.

Don't let the few, irritating people get to you! Cheesy Grin

Might I suggest a new flag for admin use. A "dumbass" flag! When checked a user has a new graphic appear next to their name! Laughing

All hail YAF, the best damn forum on the net!

Thanks test... But I really wish I had more time for YAF. Some of my frustration is the fact that I can't spend more time on it because I have to work a full-time job.

Hopefully one day I will find a way to make a living off of YAF. Until then I'm playing catch-up...

So to answer: I'm working on Membership and Profiles right now.

If anyone is at all curious on the progress or wants to assist, please just get the latest CVS--or, if that's a hassle, I can post the latest code with tons of issues so you can play around and provide fixes.

Takers? This would be considered very alpha version of 1.9.3. (Registration doesn't even work--a lot of the admin system needs fixes, etc.)

One of us needs to win the lottery then... Smile But I will second that assistance at this point with getting current functionality working would be much appreciated.

But if you won the lottery, would you really work more on YAF! Maybe after the first year. Hell, if I won, I wouldn't look at a PC (much less program on one) for at least a year! Laughing

What you really need is greater participation from users (like me) to reduce yur workload! Smile

Seconded. Divert more workload to him Cheesy Grin But seriously, I'd love to help, but I'm quite overloaded ATM. Should be better by end of June/July, then I'm all up to participate more closely on this project.

Nah there would be me with my laptop on some glorious beech drinking ridiculously expensive wine and being fed grapes whilst my project team get on with it.

But anyhow work harder you lot *cracks whip* so you can join the elite team of YAF goodness.
