I am replacing the old Sitecore forum (aka community Server fourms / Pentia forums) with YAF for a client and need to migrate their existing post/thread data, I've had no joy in tracking down a migration tool or mapping guide, does anyone know if there is such a tool or guide out there to so I don't have to do this migration completely from scratch?

At this time, there is no conversion from Sitecore - I've been working on a Snitz conversion as of late, but had some recent developments with our baby coming 6 weeks early and it has stalled my development cycle. I could work something like that out with sample data but it won't be immediate -- a new conversion would take some time to build up --

I've made a start on mapping the db tables between the two solutions but the architectures are pretty different and there could be some pretty messy sql!
